What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that focuses on every aspect of fitness. This includes olympic lifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and body weight movements such as push ups and air squats. The end goal is not to be good at one specific thing but be ready for any task or sport that comes your way. From unloading groceries to college sports, CrossFit can benefit you.

Is CrossFit for everyone?
The beauty of CrossFit is that it is infinitely scalable. This means we can customize the programming for a variety of levels—whether you're an advanced athlete, or haven't worked out in 10 years. We will figure out what you can do and adjust the workouts to meet your individual capability so you don't have to worry. Our clients are as young as 13 and as old as 70.

 

How often should I come?
All of our memberships include unlimited visits. We believe you should have the opportunity to attend as many classes as you need to in order to achieve your goals. As a rule of thumb, we generally suggest showing up at least 3-5 times per week. Anything less than that takes longer to see and feel results.

How do i start?

Call or email to schedule your first consultation. a trainer will meet with you one on one to asses your current fitness needs as well as explain what makes us Chico's voted best CrossFit Gym. The best part, this process is completely free.

What to expect During your first visit: we will get to know you, your goals, and take you through a quick workout. this will ensure we get to know how to best support you in your fitness journey. beyond that, we all know how intimidating it can be to start something new, we take the fear away and replace it with safe and fun personal experience.

 

If you are an experienced CrossFitter from another Gym please call or email ahead of time to to let us know when you would like to come in to try out a free class.

 

Drop Ins: Please call or email at least 24 hours ahead of time so we can inform you of any schedule changes or gym happenings. 

 

Fundamentals Series: 

The fundamentals are one-on-one sessions with a trainer. during these sessions you will get the appropriate attention needed for your first time learning the basics.

personal training: $45 per hour
