Wod

Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit conditioning workout. During these classes, you could be working on pull-ups, squatting, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored!


Cardio Burn

Energizing conditioning based workouts that last less than 45 minutes. Perfect for those who just want to sweat or for those new to barbells and lifting movements.


Olympic Lifting

A solid hour dedicated to the Snatch and Clean and Jerk as well as movements that help the mastery of those two lifts. Welcome to all skill levels and especially encouraged for those who are not proficient at the lifts yet.


Free Child
care

All ages welcome. Staffed by volunteers twice a day for you parents that still need to get your workout in. The room comes equipped with all the toys, tv’s, and books your kids want all the while having a window where they can watch you sweat.


Open Gym

Just that. Time to do whatever you want. Work out with the coaches or spend time on getting your double unders down. All while under the supervision of a coach. Same great atmosphere; you just create the workout.
