We'd love to have you! First, there are some things that you should know.
- You must have previous CrossFit experience and be comfortable with the major lifts (Deadlift, Squat, Clean, Press).
- ALL Drop-ins must sign a waiver AND check into their scheduled class upon arrival. The coach on duty will help get you going.
- During your visit with us, the programming you will be doing is our daily prescribed WOD unless you previously contact our team ahead of time.
- For members ACTIVELY paying another existing CF affiliate - use the "Active CrossFit Affiliate Member" link to book your Drop In session.
- For those NOT ACTIVELY paying another existing CF affiliate - use the "Non CrossFit Affiliate" link to book your Drop in session.
- Please, leave the gym better than you found it. You are a reflection of your home affiliate!
