We'd love to have you! First, there are some things that you should know.
- You must have previous CrossFit experience and be comfortable with the major lifts (Deadlift, Squat, Clean, Press).
- ALL Drop-ins must schedule their Drop In session, sign a waiver and check in upon arrival. The coach on duty will help get you going.
- During your visit with us, the programming you will be doing is our daily prescribed WOD unless you previously contact our team ahead of time.
- Please, leave the gym better than you found it. You are a reflection of your home affiliate!
