I’ve spent almost 4 years fully dedicated to the sport of CrossFit.
Ask anyone I know where to find me, and they’ll tell you “North Rim CrossFit.”
Growing up I tried almost every sport in school, but nothing ever really stuck with me. However, I knew after my very first CrossFit class that I had found something that I would love for a very long time.
A turning point in my life and my athletic career was when I tore my ACL while skiing in 2016. After that injury, I thought I would never be able to run again, let alone work out with heavyweights. However, after hours of PT and the immense support of my friends and family, I can honestly say that I’m in the best shape of my life and if I could go back I wouldn’t change a thing.
When it comes to coaching my goal is to show my clients that if they put the work in, they really can achieve their goals. I believe that anyone can become a “runner” or a “weightlifter” regardless of what they might think.
