The Heartbreaker In House Competition has quickly become one of our favorite community events! Each year around Valentine's Day, we put on a super fun day of competition for all of our members to participate in. Our members have the opportunity to partner up, brainstorm a clever team name, and throw down in three fun workouts.
We love this time of year because it gets us pumped for the Open, and it truly is the greatest time for our community to come together and cheer each other on towards their goals. The new pr's, the overcoming fears, the celebrations... it's all so special!!
This year we loved watching everyone get after a new movement (toes to rings), crush the 1 rep max deadlift, and race to the finish with those shuttle runs!
We are so proud of everyone who participated. It's never easy getting out of your comfort zone, but it's always worth it. And a huge shoutout to our members who volunteered and judged! What a help you all were!!
The good news is that we've already nailed down the date for the next year's Heartbreaker Comp - Save the date for February 15, 2025!!
