In the world of nutrition, success isn't just about the food we eat; it's about the community that surround us in support of those nutrition goals. When you sign up for Nutrition with North Rim, you not only receive a meal plan based on your own specific goals but you also gain a little “nutrition family”. Within a group text with fellow nutrition clients we chat about interesting nutrition topics, meal ideas and ask/answer questions!
"Jaclyn and I are super happy we joined the group. Love the support and we are learning so much." - Wayne Rockwell
This testimonial from Wayne perfectly depicts the spirit of our nutrition community. We believe in providing more than just dietary advice; we offer a place where individuals can connect, learn, and grow together on their health journeys.
Today we're excited to pass along an easy and delicious overnight oats recipe that Jaclyn and Wayne had shared among the group. Overnight oats are a perfect example of a nutritious and hassle-free breakfast option that can fit seamlessly into your daily routine. They require minimal effort and provide maximum flavor and nutrition.

1. You can either combine all ingredients into individual mason jars/tupperware or make a larger batch in a bowl and then divide after mixed. Stir well once all ingredients are combined.
2. Seal the jars or containers and refrigerate it overnight or for at least 4 hours. This allows the oats to absorb the liquid and become creamy.
3. In the morning, give your overnight oats a good stir. If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add a little more milk.
