With Thanksgiving just around the corner, we wanted to share one of our favorite Thanksgiving Side Dishes. It's simple, festive and so yummy! Let us know if you give it a go and bring it to your Thanksgiving get together!

Ingredients

For Brussel Sprouts:

3 Cups Brussel Sprouts

3 Tbsp Olive Oil

1/4 tsp Salt

For Butternut Squash:

1 1/2 Butternut Squash, peeled and cubed

2 tbsp Olive Oil

3 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Other Ingredients:

2 Cups Pecan Halves

1 Cup Dried Cranberries

2-4 Tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil and salt. Roast in the preheated oven at 400 F for about 20 minutes.
  2. Toss cubed butternut squash in olive oil, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Roast in the preheated oven at 400 F for about 20 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine roasted Brussels sprouts, roasted cinnamon butternut squash, cranberries, and lightly toasted pecans.
  4. Add a small amount of maple syrup and toss it!
